Steps for EMT MDS reporting

Get the MDS Tools for EMT (Excel Program/PowerPoint)
Tick in the MDS tick box for every consultation
Input data to the MDS Maker (Excel program)
Submit the MDS Maker (Excel program) to EMTCC by folloiwng banner link.

File(s) to submit:

The MDS Maker (Excel file with input data)

Please submit the Excel file as it is and do not delete any of the Exel tab sheet.
Plese re-name your file as "MDS-ARCH_RCD5_MDS_Maker_[TeamName]_[Date] .xlsm"
- eg. "MDS-ARCH_RCD5_MDS_Maker_JDR_20230926.xlsm".

*In case there is no network, please bring the file(s) to EMTCC physically.

EMT will submit data from the following link. (for ARCH 5th RCD only)

Steps for EMTCC Data analysis

EMTCC Data Manager can get the Feedback reports from the following

[1] Region1 (SubEMTCC: Putrajaya)

Feedback report (PDF / Excel）・・・Full Sammary (interal use)
Weekly Report
Snapshot summary (PowerPoint)・・・Short & safe Sammary (to share with EMTs etc.)
EMT Daily report (PDF）
EMT Daily report (CSV）

[2] Region2 (SubEMTCC: Serdang)

EMTCC: MoH ([1]+[2])

*Data will be analyzed and updated automaticaly for every 20 min.

EMTCC can also get the MDS Maker Excel files reported by EMTs at this Dropbox link

To do data analysis, EMTCC can get CSV file from the EMT Daily report (CSV）
