Steps for EMT MDS reporting
- Tick in the MDS tick box for every consultation
- Input data to the MDS Maker (Excel program)
- Submit the MDS Maker (Excel program) to EMTCC by folloiwng banner link.
File(s) to submit:
The MDS Maker (Excel file with input data)
Please submit the Excel file as it is and do not delete any of the Exel tab sheet.
Plese re-name your file as "MDS-ARCH_RCD5_MDS_Maker_[TeamName]_[Date] .xlsm"
eg. "MDS-ARCH_RCD5_MDS_Maker_JDR_20230926.xlsm".
*In case there is no network, please bring the file(s) to EMTCC physically.
EMT will submit data from the following link. (for ARCH 5th RCD only)
Steps for EMTCC Data analysis
- EMTCC Data Manager can get the Feedback reports from the following
[1] Region1 (SubEMTCC: Putrajaya)
[2] Region2 (SubEMTCC: Serdang)
EMTCC: MoH ([1]+[2])
*Data will be analyzed and updated automaticaly for every 20 min.
