This survey aims to assess WHO Emergency Medical Team Minimum Data Set (MDS) tools to improve data quality and contribute to evidence-based Health Emergency Disaster Risk Management. The study involves an online survey targeting Emergency Medical Team (EMT) members experienced in using these tools. Participation is voluntary, confidential, and takes about 15 minutes. The survey covers demographic information, tool usage experience, and data collection challenges during disasters. All personal information will be kept confidential. The study is approved by the Hiroshima University Epidemiological Research Ethics Review Committee.
