Tools for EMT (Excel runs on Widows PC - not on Mac OS) (or Get app for iPhone)
Get the MDS Tools for EMT (Excel Program/PowerPoint)
Tick in the MDS tick box for every consultation (Patients Wave 1, Wave2)
Input data to the MDS Maker (Excel program)
Submit the MDS Maker (Excel program) to EMTCC by folloiwng banner link.
Re-name your file as "MDS-Maker_[TeamName]_[Date] .xlsm"
eg. "MDS-Maker_Japan Disaster Releief_20220601.xlsm".
Do not delete any tabs of the excel file. Keep all tabs as it are on the Excel file.

*In case EMTs are with weak internet, EMT can e-mail CSV data which is genarated by the MDS Maker.
Files to be sent: Two types of CSV data files (IP, DR) made by the MDS-Maker.
*In case there is no network, EMT can bring the file(s) to EMTCC physically.
Excel tool runs only on Widows PC - not on Mac OS
*Data will be analyzed automaticall for every 20 min.
