Tutorial 

Steps for MDS reporting

1. Get the MDS Tools for EMT  (Excel Program/PowerPoint)

2. Tick in the MDS tick box for every consultation (Patients Wave 1, Wave2)

3. Input data to the MDS Maker (Excel program)

4. Submit the MDS Maker (Excel program) to EMTCC by folloiwng banner link.

File(s) to submit:  

The MDS Maker (Excel file with input data)

• Re-name your file as "MDS-Maker_[TeamName]_[Date] .xlsm"

  • eg. "MDS-Maker_Japan Disaster Releief_20220601.xlsm".

  • Do not delete any tabs of the excel file. Keep all tabs as it are on the Excel file.

• Re-name your file as "MDS-Maker_[TeamName]_[Date] .xlsm"

*In case EMTs are with weak internet, EMT can e-mail CSV data which is genarated by the MDS Maker.

• • Files to be sent:  Two types of CSV data files (IP, DR) made by the MDS-Maker.

       *In case there is no network, EMT can bring the file(s) to EMTCC physically.

Steps for EMTCC Data analysis

1. Get the Tools for EMTCC

2. Get reported MDS files from the Dropbox link

3. Open the "MDS Feedback Maker" by Windows PC,  and make Feedback report

 Excel tool runs only on Widows PC - not on Mac OS

Or, you can get the Feedback reports from the following

• EMT Daily report (CSV）

• EMT Daily report (PDF）

• Feedback report (PDF / Excel）・・・MoH/EMTCC internal use

• Snapshot Summary (PowerPoint)・・・Can be presented during EMTCC Meeting

*Data will be analyzed automaticall for every 20 min.
